Conflict with federal law or impairment of receipt of federal funds

Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 38. To the extent that a provision of this chapter conflicts with requirements of federal laws or regulations, or impairs a unit's receipt of federal funds, the provision shall not apply.   IC 36-7-3 Chapter 3.
