Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "regulatory fee" means a payment: (1) designated as a permit fee, application fee, inspection fee, impact fee, or by another name; and (2) that a unit requires in regulating construction related activities of Class 2 structures.
