Boundaries of a district

Sec. 10. (a) Only special flood hazard property may be included within the boundaries of a flood control improvement district established under this chapter.       (b) A flood control improvement district may only include those special flood hazard properties that benefit directly from flood control works within the district.       (c) A flood control improvement district may not include any parcel or area of land that is already included in an allocation area under IC 8-22-3.5 , IC 36-7-14 , IC 36-7-15.1 , IC 36-7-30 , IC 36-7-30.5 , or IC 36-7-32-15 .
