Indiana Code § 36-7-11.3-7

"Occupant" defined

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "occupant" means a person: (1) occupying: (A) under a written lease; or (B) as an owner; and (2) using for residential purposes; a single family or double family residential dwelling located upon primary or secondary property.
