Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "interested party" means the following: (1) The governor. (2) The Indiana department of transportation. (3) The department of natural resources. (4) The executive of the city or town. (5) The municipal plan commission. (6) The society. (7) Each owner or occupant owning or occupying primary or secondary property to a depth of two (2) ownerships of the perimeter of the property.
