"Meridian Street" defined

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "Meridian Street" means that part of a north-south meridian street in the city of Indianapolis, Marion County, known as Meridian Street, that lies: (1) north of 40th Street; and (2) south of Westfield Boulevard; at the points where the latter two (2) streets intersect with Meridian Street.
