Minutes of meetings

Sec. 48. (a) The commission shall keep complete minutes of meetings. The minutes must reflect the following: (1) Action taken by the commission. (2) The reasons for the action. (3) The factors considered by the commission in taking the action.       (b) Copies of the minutes of a meeting shall be provided to a person requesting a copy.       (c) An interested party who desires a transcript of a matter heard by the commission may, at the interested party's expense, have a transcript prepared.
