Town controller acts or omissions; liability

Sec. 6. The town controller is not liable, in an individual capacity, for any act or omission occurring in connection with the performance of the town controller's duties as the town's fiscal officer, unless the act or omission constitutes gross negligence or an intentional disregard of the controller's duty as fiscal officer.   IC 36-5-7 Chapter 7.
