Circumstances creating a vacancy on the town council

Sec. 6.5. A vacancy on the legislative body is created whenever any of the following circumstances occur: (1) A member resigns. (2) A member dies. (3) A member ceases to be a resident of the town or district as set forth in section 6 of this chapter.
