Effect of certified copy of ordinance

Sec. 6. (a) A certified copy of an ordinance adopted under section 3 of this chapter is conclusive evidence of the corporate boundaries of the municipality in any proceeding.       (b) A certified copy of an ordinance adopted under section 4 of this chapter is conclusive evidence in any proceeding that the territory described in the ordinance was properly annexed and is a part of the municipality.
