Disannexation; limitation on subsequent proceedings

Sec. 20. After the termination of a disannexation proceeding under this chapter, a subsequent disannexation proceeding affecting the same property and asking for the same relief may not be initiated for a period of two (2) years. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-5-10-49.]
