Special service district council; composition

Sec. 5. (a) Each special service district of the consolidated city has a special service district council, which is the legislative body of the special service district, but only for the purposes prescribed by section 18(b) of this chapter.       (b) A special service district legislative body is composed of every member of the city-county legislative body.
