Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "land surveyor" means any of the following: (1) A professional surveyor registered under IC 25-21.5 . (2) An employee or subordinate of a professional surveyor registered under IC 25-21.5 . (3) An individual who is exempt from registration as a professional surveyor under IC 25-21.5-3 .
