Sec. 5.5. A child death pathologist shall: (1) consult with a coroner concerning a death described in section 6.3(b) of this chapter; (2) conduct an autopsy of a child as described in sections 6.3(c) and 6.7(b) of this chapter; and (3) perform duties described in section 6.7(f) of this chapter.
