Sec. 0.1. The addition of section 14 of this chapter by P.L.219-1991 applies to the following: (1) An insurance policy that is issued or renewed after June 30, 1991. (2) A contract entered into or renewed after June 30, 1991, under which a prepaid health care delivery plan is to provide services to enrollees.
