Capital improvement board of managers operations; annual report

Sec. 21. (a) This section applies only to a board that was created under IC 18-7-18 (before its repeal on February 24, 1982).       (b) On or before March 31 each year, the executive manager shall submit to the board an annual report of the operations of the convention and visitor center.   IC 36-10-9 Chapter 9.
