Townships; programs, facilities, or services; tax levy; appropriation

Sec. 3. (a) This section applies to all townships.       (b) The township executive may: (1) levy a tax; and (2) use appropriated township funds; to pay for recreation programs, facilities (including a community center used for recreational purposes), or services.
