Sec. 39. (a) This section applies only to parks within the jurisdiction of a county board. (b) A person who knowingly discharges a firearm or shoots an arrow with a bow into or inside a park commits a Class B misdemeanor. (c) This section does not apply to an area that the board designates as a hunting, firearm sport, or archery area. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-7-4-74.]
