Board of managers; conflicts of interest

Sec. 37. Persons serving on the board of managers shall disclose any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any employment, financing agreement, or other contract made under this chapter before any action is taken on it by the board of managers. Any manager having a pecuniary interest may not vote on the matter. Real property acquired under this chapter in which a manager has a pecuniary interest may be acquired by the board of managers only by gift or condemnation.   IC 36-10-12 Chapter 12.
