Indiana Code § 36-10-1-5

"Convention center"

Sec. 5. "Convention center" means a building or buildings containing facilities for meetings, conventions, commencements, convocations, sporting events, entertainment spectaculars, product displays, or other displays of industrial or cultural value, which facilities may be used for cultural, governmental, educational, recreational, exhibition, or civic purposes. The term also includes the site, landscaping, parking, site improvement, and provision of related services incidental to these purposes.   IC 36-10-2 Chapter 2.
