Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "judge" means an individual who holds or formerly held office as: (1) a judge of the supreme court, court of appeals, tax court, circuit court, superior court, municipal court, county court, federal court, probate court, or small claims court; or (2) a magistrate, commissioner, or juvenile referee of a court.
