Indiana Code § 36-1-8.5-1.5

"Correctional services provider"

Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "correctional services provider" means a person who provides: (1) health care services; or (2) mental health and addiction services; to an individual who is lawfully detained (as described in IC 35-31.5-2-186 ) in a facility operated by the state or a political subdivision, regardless of whether the person is an employee or a contractor.
