Sec. 4. The fiscal body of a unit or municipal corporation may: (1) act on an application under section 3 of this chapter without a hearing; and (2) require an officer or employee seeking reimbursement under this chapter to: (A) answer questions under oath; or (B) provide information or documents concerning the case or investigation for which the officer or employee is seeking reimbursement.
