Indiana Code § 36-1-13-6

Finality of decisions; additional awards

Sec. 6. (a) A decision of the entity designated or established under the ordinance or resolution that establishes a program is final as to the following: (1) The eligibility of a measure or a suggestion for an award. (2) The amount of an award.       (b) An employee of a political subdivision that establishes a program under this chapter is not entitled to an award other than is provided in this chapter and under the ordinance or resolution that establishes a program.
