Sec. 2.6. (a) If a governmental entity organizes, hosts, or funds an obscene performance in violation of section 2.5 of this chapter, any person may bring an action to seek injunctive relief. (b) A person who brings an action for injunctive relief under this section and prevails is entitled to: (1) injunctive relief; and (2) court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and other reasonable expenses of litigation.
