Interfering with drug or alcohol screening test

Sec. 19. A person who interferes with or attempts to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening test by: (1) using a: (A) device; or (B) substance; (2) substituting a human bodily substance that is tested in a drug or alcohol screening test; or (3) adulterating a substance used in a drug or alcohol screening test; commits interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test, a Class B misdemeanor.
