Sec. 4. A person: (1) who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, purchases, sells, delivers, brings into Indiana, or possesses a contraband legend drug; and (2) whose act under subdivision (1) results in the death of an individual; commits legend drug deception resulting in death, a Level 2 felony.
