Sec. 169. (a) "Individual with an intellectual disability", for purposes of IC 35-36-2-5 (e), has the meaning set forth in IC 35-36-2-5 (e). (b) "Individual with an intellectual disability", for purposes of IC 35-36-9 and IC 35-50-2 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-36-9-2 .
