Sec. 74. "Food source", for purposes of IC 34-30-5 , means any of the following: (1) A restaurant. (2) A cafeteria. (3) A hospital. (4) A hotel. (5) A caterer. (6) A public or a private school, or postsecondary educational institution. (7) A fraternal organization or veterans organization. (8) Any other person that prepares and serves food to individuals in the ordinary course of that person's business.
