"Fees or other expenses"

Sec. 69. "Fees or other expenses", for purposes of IC 34-52-2 , include: (1) the reasonable expenses of expert witnesses that are found by a court under IC 34-52-2 to be necessary for the preparation of the petitioner's case; (2) the reasonable costs of any: (A) study; (B) analysis; (C) engineering report; or (D) test project; that are found by a court under IC 34-52-2 to be necessary for the preparation of the petitioner's case; (3) any reasonable discovery expenses, that are found by a court under IC 34-52-2 to be necessary for the preparation of the petitioner's case; and (4) reasonable attorney's fees.
