Indiana Code § 34-6-2.1-51

"Economically feasible"

Sec. 51. "Economically feasible", for purposes of IC 34-55-6 , means a finding by the court that: (1) a reasonable probability exists that with the use of auctioneer services a valid and enforceable bid will be made at the execution for a sale price equal to or greater than the amount of the judgment and the costs and expenses necessary to its satisfaction, including the costs of the auctioneer; and (2) no such probability exists without the use of an auctioneer.
