Sec. 168. (a) "Property", for purposes of IC 34-24-2 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-31.5-2-253 . (b) "Property", for purposes of IC 34-30-9 , includes the following: (1) Real property. (2) Private ways. (3) Waters. (4) A structure located on property listed in subdivisions (1) through (3).
