Sec. 166. "Professional staff", for purposes of IC 34-30-15 , means: (1) all individual professional health care providers authorized to provide health care in a hospital or other health care facility; or (2) the multidisciplinary staff of a community mental health center (as defined in IC 12-7-2-38 ).
