Sec. 13. The chief justice of Indiana shall prepare and submit an annual report to the governor and the general assembly that evaluates and makes recommendations concerning the operation and success of the centers funded under this chapter. A report submitted under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 . [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-2.5-18.]
