Fiduciaries; stay of execution

Sec. 3. A judgment recovered against a sheriff, constable, other public officer, administrator, executor, or other person or corporation, or the sureties of any or all of those persons: (1) for money collected or received in a fiduciary capacity; (2) for a breach of any official duty; or (3) for money or other articles of value held in trust for another; is collectible without stay of execution.
