Trial without jury; award of damages

Sec. 9. In an action based on fault that is tried by the court without a jury, the court shall make its award of damages according to the principles specified for juries in sections 7 and 8 of this chapter. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-33-5(c).]
