Presumption of correctness; evidentiary value

Sec. 1. Printed copies of schedules, classifications and tariffs of rates, fares and charges, and supplements that: (1) are filed with: (A) the Interstate Commerce Commission or its successor agency; or (B) the utility regulatory commission; and (2) show: (A) an Interstate Commerce Commission (or its successor agency) or utility regulatory commission number, which may be stated in abbreviated form, as I.C.C. or IRC No. _______; and (B) an effective date; are presumed to be correct copies of the original schedules, classifications, tariffs and supplements on file with the Interstate Commerce Commission (or its successor agency) or the utility regulatory commission and shall be received as good and sufficient evidence in civil actions, without certification, in any court of this state to prove the schedules, classifications, tariffs, and supplements.
