Sec. 5. The law of a jurisdiction other than those referred to in section 1 of this chapter shall be an issue for the court, but shall not be subject to sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of this chapter concerning judicial notice. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-2-5.]
