Indiana Code § 34-36-2-1

Demand; calling from regular panel

Sec. 1. In a civil action where: (1) the parties are entitled to a trial by jury; and (2) either party demands a jury trial; the sheriff shall call a jury from the regular panel, except as provided in this chapter. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-19-1.]
