Sec. 6. Of the amount allowed for per diem of a bailiff charged as expenses against the county of origin of any case, the sum of five dollars ($5) shall be paid to the bailiff as provided in this chapter. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-2-15-1(c).]
