Indiana Code § 34-30-6-2

Acts or omissions; liability

Sec. 2. This chapter does not apply to a person: (1) whose act or omission caused in whole or in part the emergency and who would otherwise be liable for the emergency; (2) whose act or omission constituted gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct; or (3) who receives payment, or is an employee of a person who receives payment, for services rendered in connection with the emergency, from a person whose act or omission caused in whole or in part the emergency.
