Immunity from civil liability

Sec. 3. (a) A dealer is immune from civil liability in an action based on a violation of IC 24-5-13.5-10 if the dealer has a reasonable good faith belief that the vehicle subject to the action was not a buyback vehicle.       (b) Subsection (a) does not apply to an act of gross negligence or willful and wanton misconduct.   IC 34-30-35 Chapter 35.
