Evidence of any financial incentive offered to or withheld from: (1) a private psychiatric hospital licensed under IC 12-25 ; or (2) a preferred provider organization (including a preferred provider arrangement or reimbursement agreement under IC 27-8-11 ); is subject to discovery under Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure unless specifically protected by statute.
