Sec. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person who attends a peer review committee proceeding shall not be permitted or required to disclose: (1) any information acquired in connection with or in the course of a proceeding; (2) any opinion, recommendation, or evaluation of the committee; or (3) any opinion, recommendation, or evaluation of any committee member.
