Indiana Code § 34-26-1-13

Money collected upon judgment; payment

Sec. 13. Money that is: (1) collected upon a judgment that is later enjoined; and (2) remains in the hands of the collecting officer; shall be paid to the clerk of the court granting the injunction, subject to the order of the court. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-10-9.]
