Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The amendments made to section 3 of this chapter by P.L.250-2001 apply to a cause of action involving an extreme sport area that accrues after May 11, 2001, regardless of when the extreme sport area was developed. (2) The amendments made to section 3 of this chapter by P.L.280-2001 apply only to a cause of action that accrues after June 30, 2001.
