Indiana Code § 33-42-0.5-28

"Remote presentation"

Sec. 28. "Remote presentation" means an electronic transmission: (1) by a principal; (2) to a remote notary public; and (3) of an image: (A) of a credential; and (B) that is of sufficient quality to allow for use of the image in credential analysis to identify the principal.
