Indiana Code § 33-42-0.5-15

"Exclusive control"

Sec. 15. "Exclusive control" means exclusively having, at all times, direct physical or intellectual custody of: (1) a password to access; or (2) the ability to use another secure means of authentication of; an electronic record.
