Sec. 1. A: (1) prosecuting attorney; (2) deputy prosecuting attorney; or (3) judge of a city court; who recklessly acts as attorney, agent, or counsel for an applicant in a proceeding to procure a license to retail or wholesale intoxicating liquors under IC 7.1 , or aids or assists in any manner in the procuring of a license commits a Class B misdemeanor.
