Report of masters

Sec. 23. (a) After a hearing before the masters, the masters shall promptly transmit to the commission an original and four (4) copies of: (1) a transcript of the hearing; and (2) a report that contains a brief statement of the proceedings and recommended findings of fact. The recommended findings of facts are not binding on the commission.       (b) Upon receiving the report of the masters, the commission shall promptly mail a copy of the report and transcript to the judge and the judge's counsel.
